Delivery

Dillonwelding delivers within Europe and generally uses DHL, Postnord, or UPS for shipments. In some cases, we may use other carriers if it provides a faster or more secure transport of the goods, for example, with bulky or heavy shipments. Dillonwelding reserves the right to choose the carrier. All shipments from us are fully insured, covering damage to the goods or lost items during transit.

The delivery method and delivery time are specified in connection with the product order. The choice of delivery options may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the goods.

Special Rules for Businesses/Commercial Customers

For business customers, the same terms as for private individuals apply, with the following modifications:

• No Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless a specific agreement has been made between the buyer and the seller.
• 1-Year Warranty/Right to Claim: The right to claim is valid for 1 year from the invoice date. Replacement or repair of a product does not start a new warranty period.
• Shipping Responsibility for Claims: When exercising the right to claim, the buyer is solely responsible for the transport of the goods, including all shipping costs.
