Dillon Pro Package – The Ultimate Master Tool for Metalworking

For those who see gas welding as a craft and demand absolute perfection, there is only one option: Dillon Pro Package. This is our most exclusive and complete equipment, carefully assembled to provide you with the solution to every imaginable challenge in the workshop.

With the Pro Package, you go beyond the standard. You not only get the market's most precise torch, but a complete system of special nozzles and accessories that allows you to switch between surgical precision welding, professional tin patching, and powerful gas cutting in seconds.

The Technology That Makes the Difference

The Dillon torch's patented mixing chamber operates with a uniquely low and even pressure (only 0.5 bar). This creates a flame so concentrated and stable that it is often compared to TIG welding. By focusing the heat exactly where it is needed, heat spread is minimized, allowing you to weld thin sheet metal without the material warping or losing its shape.

The Complete Content – No Compromises

The Pro Package includes everything needed to cover the entire spectrum of metalwork:

  • Dillon Torch Handle: Ergonomic, robust, and built from solid brass to withstand daily use for a lifetime.
  • 8 Welding Tips (incl. intermediate sizes): This is the core of the Pro Package. By having access to intermediate sizes, you can fine-tune the heat precisely according to the material thickness, giving you control not possible with a standard set.
  • Upper & Lower Cutting Attachments: Two tools in one. Use the upper attachment for rough cutting and the lower when you need maximum visibility and control for detailed cuts in thin sheet metal.
  • Acetylene/Air Tip: The obvious choice for bodywork. Creates a soft, wide flame for lead loading / body soldering and soft soldering by drawing oxygen directly from the air.
  • Cutting Guide Carriage / Cutting Support: Your best friend for long cuts. Keeps the torch stable and at exactly the right height, which saves your tips and provides a professional result.
  • 2 Extensions (Straight & Bent): Gives you reach and angles that regular torches cannot manage. Weld comfortably inside beams, wheel arches, or other cramped spaces.
  • Tip Cleaners Set: Keeps your tips in pristine condition and ensures the flame is always neutral and stable.
  • Flashback Arrestors / Check Valves: For a safe working environment and protection against flashbacks.
  • Swedish Instruction Manual & Hose Connections: Simple and safe installation so you can focus on what you do best – creating.

Why Invest in the Pro Package?

  • Total Control: The intermediate tip sizes give you exactly the right temperature for each joint.
  • Unbeatable Versatility: Weld, cut, heat, and tin patch in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and cast iron.
  • Economical Operation: Unique technology that significantly reduces your gas consumption compared to conventional systems.
  • Lifelong Durability: Invest once – use for the rest of your life. Manufactured from the highest quality materials for maximum lifespan.

Already have a Standard Kit? Then you can upgrade to Pro level with the Pro Upgrade Package instead.

What Do You Need In Addition to the Kit?

Dillon connects to standard cylinders with acetylene and oxygen, which you rent or buy from your local gas supplier (e.g., AGA/Linde or Air Liquide). In addition to the kit, you will need:

  • Regulators for acetylene and oxygen (standard, available from the gas supplier).
  • Hose Package – specially adapted for Dillon's low working pressure, available in lengths of 3–7 m.
  • Flashback Arrestors for acetylene and oxygen – mounted at the regulator and are your most important protection when gas welding. Highly recommended.
  • Wire & Flux Package – complete starter package with filler materials for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and cast iron.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Dillon differ from MIG or TIG welding?
Dillon provides precision often compared to TIG, but without electricity – you can work anywhere. Unlike MIG, Dillon leaves a soft, workable joint ideal for bodywork, and you can weld, solder, braze, heat, and cut with the same tool.

Why Pro instead of Standard?
The eight tips with intermediate sizes provide fine-tuned heat for each sheet thickness. The Acetylene/Air tip opens up professional body soldering, and the extensions reach into beams and wheel arches. If you work with bodywork or vintage car restoration, Pro is the obvious choice.

Can it handle thin body panels?
Yes, that is Dillon's specialty. The low and even flame (0.5 bar) provides minimal heat spread, preventing thin sheet metal from warping.

What gas does it use?
Acetylene and oxygen. Thanks to efficient combustion, gas consumption is significantly lower than with conventional torches.

Specifications in Brief:

  • Material: Solid brass and copper for maximum durability.
  • Working Pressure: 0.5 bar for both Acetylene and Oxygen.
