Our reliable pure aluminum welding rod is the optimal choice for welding softer aluminum alloys and pure aluminum. This rod provides a very ductile (formable) weld seam that is easy to work with and has excellent resistance to chemical attack and corrosion.

This rod is often used in the food industry, for electrical components, or for restoring older aluminum parts where material purity is crucial for the final result.

Pro tip: Warm the end of the wire and dip it into the aluminum flux. Then gently heat the flux so that it flows down along the wire. This will provide even protection throughout the welding process and a professional, clean result.
