Our reliable flux for stainless steel is designed to ensure the highest quality in gas welding. When stainless steel is heated, chrome oxides rapidly form, which can prevent the molten metal from properly coalescing. This flux effectively breaks down oxides and protects the weld pool, resulting in a strong, dense, and aesthetically pleasing joint.

By using the correct flux, you minimize the risk of inclusions and achieve a weld that maintains the material's corrosion-resistant properties.

Usage:

For best control and a clean result, we recommend applying the flux directly via the filler rod:

1. Heat the end of the stainless steel filler rod with the welding flame.
2. Dip the hot rod end into the flux. The powder will then adhere to the rod and melt into the weld pool as you add material.
